Joseph, MN.
These people will work with clients to explain insurance-related coverages, billing plans, and claims.
Although experience in the insurance industry is preferred, on-the-job collaborative training will be provided.
The CSR must be personable and respond efficiently and sincerely to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities Manage incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Skills Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Willing to be obtain insurance license Job Type:
