This is a full-time position working out of McDowall Company's corporate office in Waite Park, MN.
This position will work at the front desk answering phones and welcoming individuals on-site.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:
00am to 4:
00pm.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a welcoming personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephones, screen incoming calls, take and transmit messages.
Greet co-workers, vendors, and customers and build relationships and knowledge of the company to answer and direct any questions.
Receive, open, sort and distribute mail.
Enter information into applicable databases and/or other computer systems to collect and maintain records.
Assist with tracking a variety of fiscal information including credit card purchases, petty cash, expenditures, deposits, cash sales and other related items.
Assist with entering and reconciling AR/AP data as directed.
Monitor office inventory and prepare supply order.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school education or equivalent required.
Proficiency with common computer programs required (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
