net The Payroll Specialist / Customer Service position will primarily focus on accurately and efficiently processing payroll & payroll tax reporting for clients of Insight Payroll Associates throughout the United States
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently enter payroll data into multiple payroll software platforms Administration and oversight of payroll tax calculation, reconciliation, and payments on behalf of payroll company clients Process garnishment and child support orders including processing the set up and termination of such orders Management of organizational structure within payroll company including software, client data, and recordkeeping Quarterly and year end tax management Communicate via phone and email; building relationships with clients Employee Maintenance (new hires, insurance changes, address/W4 changes) Complete essential job functions in a fast-paced and strict deadline-driven environment Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned Desired Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency Payroll experience preferred but not required Payroll tax experience preferred Must possess excellent verbal communication skills Must have a proactive attitude toward members, supervisors, co-workers, and the Company Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including, but not limited to:
Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision, exercising own initiative and judgment Job Type:
