The Director of Communications and Technology is responsible for planning, developing and implementing Tri-CAP's marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities.
They are responsible for overall technology operations, assisting with planning, assessing and enhancing the needs of the agency and its programs.
Coordinate with staff in all programs to tell our story and share our impact! Position is a full-time exempt, hybrid position based in our Waite Park office.

Primary Responsibilities Develop, implement and monitor agency branding, including all public education materials.
Oversee agency website and social media presence on all current platforms; implement AI to enhance services, virtual platforms, data security, etc.
Sustain and diversify programs through marketing and outreach efforts.
Develop, implement and evaluate planning and reporting of the agency Organizational Standards.
Develop, implement and oversee agency-wide policies such as information management, agency technology plans and risk management plans.
Oversee ongoing planning and evaluation of IT department, policies and systems.
IT staff supervision.
Coordination of staffing to increase access to services and community awareness of Tri-CAP through intake and outreach activities.
Supervise Intake/Outreach staff.
Qualifications Seven years' combination of education and/or work experience in one or more fields related to Marketing, Information Technology or Business Management.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the following:
marketing, communications and public relations; technology; program planning; supervision and leadership; data collection and analysis.
Excellent organizational, process, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking/presentations.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and various software systems.
Valid driver's license with ability to travel to locations within agency service area.
Experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds and passion for helping low-income population.
