We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding matters - Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Experience:
