Must have Coupa or Fieldglass along with the SAP for the Lead SAP PTP Fieldglass BA positionA growing healthy business leader is looking to add a contract to hire SAP PTP Business Analyst (Fieldglass).
The analyst will support, optimize and drive value organizationally in Contingent Labor and Indirect procurement process space by understanding the requirement, identifying opportunities, design/configure/integrate/test SAP Fieldglass application with ERP tools including SAP with highest level of quality, user satisfaction and business outcomes.
What Else Will You Do? Quickly understand business needs/requirements Translate requirements into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the SAP Fieldglass application integrating with SAP MM-Service Procurement and SAP MM- Logistics invoice verification, always aligned with the best practices and global template.
Guide business teams through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost / benefit analysis and risk / impact analysis.
Quality, timeliness, and issue resolution within SLA measured in Service Now tool for production support and project charter for projects.
Support SAP Fieldglass, Indirect procurement tools like Coupa and related invoice processing solutions by reviewing the Cherwell ticket backlog, prioritizing issues, break fixes, enhancements or design changes and resolving them.
Service Now Incident and change request tool.
Perform analysis to gather requirements for PRICEF development, functional specification build and process integration design with other SAP modules (FICO, QM, PP, SD, WM, PM, HR) What Experience/Education/Skills Should You Have? :

years' experience in an IT consulting or Analyst role directly related experience in designing, configuring implementing, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solution & SAP Purchasing solutions (MM -Procurement including Service, Inventory management, Invoice verification) and familiarity with indirect procurement tools like Coupa.

Full Lifecycle Implementations in the SAP Fieldglass or SAP Source to pay process.
Integration knowledge of SAP MM with other processes & Cloud applications like Fieldglass or Coupa.
Hands on experience on Fieldglass Administration and configuring the system, workflow, Job posting, on-boarding & exit process, SoW & Assignment management in Fieldglass.
Experience building integration between Fieldglass & SAP Procurement modules.
Demonstrated experience in planning and managing testing for Unit Tests and Integration tests, and in facilitating cross functional, end-to-end business process testing via super users.
Experience in designing/configuring solutions in SAP Fieldglass Contingent labor application and related indirect procurement process including Service and invoice solutions in SAP.
Ability to design with some help and evaluate the design aligning to best practices and ensure sustainability.
Experience to evaluate the business process and ability to recommend process change.
Strong Problem assessment/analytical skills.
Proven ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willingness to learn & work in new tools and applications.
Ability to work within resource and time constraints.
SAP Certification in Source to pay or Fieldglass preferred.
